Get to know one of our team members for an initial screening. We are looking for impact-driven, motivated, open-minded, and inclusive personalities.

2. Case Interview (75 min)

Engage in a case interview, covering some relevant questions to your new role. We want to understand your prior skills and knowledge.

3. Founder Interview (45 min)

Meet our founders and wrap up any remaining questions. We're thoughtful about who we bring on, and we want you to feel just as certain about us.

4. Reference Checks & Board Meeting (30 min)

Connect with our board to learn on our investorsā€˜ perspectives. Provide us with 2-3 references that give us a 360 degree impression of your profile. We want to learn how you thrive in your new role.

Full-time
